Antaloczy Cuvee Dry 2021 Tokaj, HungaryThe dry wine was made reductively, so the producer managed to preserve the freshness, flavours and minerality of the Mdi vineyards. The wine (1 3 of the batch) is aged for 6 months in their own 300 year old cellar in new oak barrels. This gave the wine the extra character and spiciness typical of the oak trees here.
